I used to eat Rosette cookies when I was a kid at my Aunt's house. I absolutely loved them, yet somehow forgot all about them. Finding this rosette is awesome. It sure seams like it is made very well. The rosette screws on to the handle. I like the disassembly for washing and storing. The thickness of the rosette is nice and helpful when dipping so as not to completely submerge in the batter. Being made of aluminum it will outlast me. I will be looking up other recipes I can use with this rosette.
