Bought 6 cleats. 2 of them arrived broken. The studs were bent, cross threaded, and sheered off.

I purchased two units and one had bad studs. The two studs did not line up with one another. I had replacement show up bad again. I think someone needs to check the inventory to see if all are no good

Nice stainless steel cleat. It is metric though. The threads are M8 not 5/16" so keep that in mind if you want to use self locking nuts instead of the standard stainless steel hex nuts and lock washers that are provided.

The open base allows a 1/2" dock line soft eye to be easily used by passing it through the base and then over each horn.The studs are the ideal length for my pontoon rails.Complete with lock nuts.Looks great
