Fit perfectly. Used it all ice fishing season and never had a problem or an issue. It seems like a excellent product for protecting the end of your cable where it goes into your transducer. Two simple stainless steel screws that were included mounted securely to the transducer

This is a great product! The only negative is the supplies screws are not stainless and will rust. Iām going to replace the screws if I can find them.

I thought it would help stop cable from Cracking... nope the top edge will rub and tear into your cable
