It’s soft on my feet too. It’s very comfortable to use, and the length is long enough for someone who is 6 feet tall to use. It’s lightweight, so I can take it traveling with me. This strap is exactly what my physical therapist recommends.

I’ve been using this yoga strap with loops for stretching and honestly, it’s great. The material’s soft, so it doesn’t dig into your hands or feet, but it still feels really strong and well made. The loops make it super easy to hold different positions, especially if you’re not super flexible. It’s non-elastic, which I like — gives me good control and a solid stretch without any bounce. Definitely a solid addition to my routine.

Strap is very well made, as a plus-size person this strap feels extremely durable. It's versatile and easy to use/maneuver; the loops also feel comfortable on the feet even with bare feet or light socks. I got this to help me stretch after years of admittedly being lazy about it. The value of this is very nice and well worth it. The fabric is extremely firm, there is no stretch to it so it's helpful to get firm footing in the loops. I am 5'6 and the length of this item feels pretty perfect. Simple and functional!

Excellent stitching, multiple grip points, versatile use for innumerable position, and long enough for tall guys with long legs (I'm 6'1 and still have plenty of grip locations). I also like that they put their black logo element right at the middle where you want your feet...helps to aim your for the right location as you start to stretch. There are loads of grip points, and you can pull on yourself as hard as you want (so to speak) with those really reinforced attachment locations. Lots of loops to reach and grab for your different arm lengths and positions.With regard to exercises, it comes with a little card of suggestions but there are loads of videos online that will help you use this for mobility. I love to use it before and after cardio, like long walks/hikes, but also 18 mile bike rides. The key that's different from, say, a machine position, is that you're able to dial in exactly the tension you want in your muscle and adjust at a micro fashion as you sink into the stretch. Just feels good, and keeps your body nimble and ready to go. Overall, I'm very happy to pick up this simple but useful tool; it is well made and easily a 5 for me.

This strap is amazing! It is easily portable, & lightweight. It folds up easily, or rolls up nicely for travel. However, the reason why I love this strap so much is that I am finally able to stretch out muscle groups that I have not been able to stretch in YEARS because I either cannot move in to the position to stretch fully, or because I haven't been able to stretch properly in to a position. This is easy to use, extremely versatile for multiple stretches covering your whole body, & it is incredibly comfortable overall. I am thrilled that I have this!
