The teeth appear to be metal unlike the OEM. Seems to be of good quality. We shall see if it lasts.

Caltric starters are great. I've bout numerous starters from these folks. Never had any problem with any of them. I actually bought 2 of these. I ordered one for a JD Z425 zero turn. The same day it arrived, another JD came in needing a starter. This starter fits many different models. I used it on a JD L100 . It worked perfectly. This should fit most B&S Intek v twins as well as others. The starter is exactly as pictured.
