It’s basically a piece of foam on a plastic handle. It doesn’t really have any cleaning abilities but it’s good to apply tire shine once everything has already been cleaned off. I’m not sure how long it’ll last but for the price I hope a long time. I suppose this can be used for a lot of different surface types and maybe good for surfaces that are prone to scratches.
