The cable is good quality. It is Cat5e so I use it for my 100Mbps PoE cameras. If you want Gigabit level performance you can still use this cable but I would recommend getting a Cat6 cable for increased range and reliability.

It’s a high quality cable that is LONG. Used a Klein network continuity tester and it passed. This is perfect for a network or AV service tech that needs to have their laptop far away from the IDF closet.I would get a 50ft as well since these are so cheap

Speeds are exactly as described! If you experience slower speeds its Very likely on your end. I have tested this multiple times, different ways and works as advertised or described every time. Ive purposely bent the cable in multiple spots to test its durability and nothing happened with the speeds nor did i have any issues with it afterwards. I do NOT recommend doing that, i only did it to test it for a more proper review of its durability for the purposes of something pinching it into that position, it should be fine if that was to happen but Note it is COPPER wire. Bending copper wire causes it to get stiffer and harder making it more brittle each time you bend it back and forth eventually It Will Break or Tear. Doesn't matter how thin or thick the wire is. I also have buried the cable underground (this is not meant for this purpose as its NOT meant for burial) again just testing it as much as i can, it works fine even after it raining which i figured it wpuld cause some sort of interpretations but didnt. Overall if you use it for its intended purpose it should last you a while without issue, I cant see it not lasting a while after what ive done to it and having no issues with it afterwards. You can use this for a temporary underground cable but Be Warned its NOT meant for that and eventually you will have issues with it, it may take a while or it may not. It would be a fairly cheap alternative if you need something then and cant wait and willing to waste it on that. This is a Great Ethernet cable and for its intended use it wprks Great and exactly as described. Its cheap, durable, well made, high quality and is a Highly Recommended from me!

Pros:✔️ Great Value—At only ~$12, this is a steal for a 100-foot cable with pure copper conductors.✔️ Tested and capable of handling up to 1Gbps speeds, making it great for gaming, streaming, and work.✔️ Flexible & Durable – The cable is made of copper (not cheap CCA) and has a solid, flexible feel.✔️ Secure RJ45 Connectors – Well-attached connectors with a solid click when plugged in.✔️ Snag-Free Boots – Standard rubber boots help prevent damage from snagging.✔️ Reliable for Long Runs – Works well for extended cable runs without noticeable signal loss.Cons:❌ Less Shielding Than Cat6 – While great for most use cases, Cat6 offers better shielding against interference.❌ Basic Design – No fancy colors or ultra-thin design, just a standard black cable.Overall, this is a fantastic choice if you need a long, reliable Ethernet cable on a budget. I had no issues getting a 1-gigabit connection on my garage run from my house.

If you're looking for a well made, budget friendly CAT5e cable, look no further! The snaglesss latch cover and molded in strain relief make this cable easy to fish through tight spots. The cable outer jacket is .180" diameter (very slim) yet is still stiff enough to guide through a few blind holes and in between other pieces of equipment without yielding/bending and coiling up.I'll never pull over 800Mbps through this cable, but obviously CAT5e can handle a gigabyte per second if needed...hey I'm a happy fellow, this has got me a hard-wired internet connection in my office - no more freaking Wifi! It's a great cable at a very decent price point, I'd rather purchase one of these than make my own anyway - it a no-brainer.Two thumbs up...may the bits & bytes flow free!

I was using this 100 feet Ethernet cable to extend the HDMI signal over CAT5e cables and it worked really well. I only need to run 1080p (1920x1080) resolution and it worked without any disconnect problem. The thickness of this cable is about the same as most cable and the connectors are good quality. I have no issue with this cable and I highly recommend this product.
