These are some very well built and heavy duty pieces - that I added to my cart. They allow me to fill my cart above max and then helps me secure and tie-down my load. My dad always told me, if you tie it down tight and good, no worries how far you gotta pull that load - and I totally agree! Good tie-down brackets.

These V ring tiedown anchor mounts are well built. Solid metal design with a smooth and free flowing movement of the V ring. Super simple to install with the already attached hinge with one screw hole. Very happy with the quality of these triangle anchor mounts!

All in all these are good tie down anchors and sometimes the V design is better than the D type. The issue I have with them is that they are single point mounting with the ring held in by pretty thin (maybe 1/16"... maybe?) metal relative to the diameter of the ring material that is wrapped over and tack welded together. If it's mounted so it's free to swivel it may be fine, but if it's rigidly mounted and gets some side load on it I'm concerned that the ring may bend the mount and eventually lead to failure.

Before I had holes drilled into my trailer wood trails to tie too but this is so much better and more secure. You can put them anywhere you want and with this quantity I put them all around my trailer so I'm covered. Just screwed them to the wood rails. If you have a metal rail then maybe you could bolt them on. Strong metal.

Do not purchase.Original: Oct 2024Feels solid and fits great for my 2024 Ford MaverickI needed it for my Ford Maverick truck and it fits great. Only issue I had was finding the correct screws. I wished this package came with screws. Otherwise, fit was great and no rust found on the hardware.

I like this type of anchor. These are strong, stiff, and the plate is actually doubled-over steel. You can see the 2 halves folded over, and both sides are substantial and folded together tight. This is the anchor that will fail because the sctew gave out, not because these will fail.

Not much to say other than they're solid. Seem to be well built. I would be cautious hanging stuff overhead with them, but for trailer tie downs and similar uses, you'd have to try to break them. Does not come with screws or bolts.
