I bought this product for Mother’s Day. It looked very nice but had tons of packaging, I could not get cheese knife draw opened, I thought it was the plastic from packaging stuck in drawer. But it ended up that drawer did not fit well in slot. My husband had to sand down the drawer. Then after all work we had done on product pulling and tugging on drawer then sanding it. I could not give it to my mother. The reason I didn’t return it was because putting all the package back together would have taken a long time too.

I received this charcuterie set quickly. Once I opened it, I realized that the small ceramic bowls were chipped. I contacted customer service and they shipped me replacement bowls quickly. They kept me updated on shipping and delivery times. I received the replacements today in perfect condition. Using this set for a family party. Very satisfied with the product and the service.

Love everything about this board! Another plus is that you can find larger square condiment bowls that will fit into the indentations on this board to hold a larger amount of jam or nuts! That’s a win/win.
