Nice looking lights, with really decent colour mixing. You can’t see any separation in the colours (RGBWAUV). I have only used them with DMX so far, and the colour mixing created really even, smooth colours that wash a whole area.Two of these could easily wash-light a medium sized stage area (8x5m) ishHowever, would be also be perfect for lighting a gymnasium for a disco/party along with some movers or some other effectsThey also mix a really nice warm white! With amber and white.As DJ/disco lights they are also great, plenty of in-built programs for colour chases, as well as effects within the light itself, making each section flash or fade.They have IEC in/out and the safety cable loop is great for rigging!

I used only one of these fixtures to light up a 10x20 foot dance floor, and it lit up with ease. Using it in sound active was cool to see the crowd wash with multiple colors. The UV could be brighter though. Moving up from the original Wash FX to the Wash FX Hex is worth it. Same brightness just more colors. DMX color mixing is also pretty easy. Very compatible with the UC remote.

This is a great wash light, dance floor or mood lighting it works great, especially washing ceilings. When it's time to party the sound and auto modes with the various chases are great, especially if you DMX several for coordinated chase effects. Great light for it's price point.

Love this light and the built in UV feature. Paired this up with mydmx 3.0 and have a great set of programmed shows!

So far I'm loving this light, but I sure hope I've just received two duds and the others are ok. One of the first two I recived would not turn on at all like the power supply was bad. So replaced it through Amazon which is awesome. And now while I've been working on my new dmx programs I noticed the other original light has all of the blue LEDS in one zone have died. I have tried it with both dmx and static colors the blues are dead. So I have another Amazon replacement coming, the lights are only a week old.

I felt fx2 was better. The hex has better colors but not worth the price difference.
