Very happy with the new latches and design. The original (2012) latches were showing some signs of wear and I was starting to worry that they may come loose while riding.

Funcionales aunque no sean originales, lo que si no sirve de nada son las láminas que vienen con la pieza, mejor le puse una base de plástico impresa en 3D

I purchased because of cheap price but holes didn't line up and would have required me drill out area on tour pack to make them fit. I Decided to go to harley, pay extra and get oem fit where everything lined up. I only needed buckle and it slipped right in.

Easy to install. Just don't tighten them to tight and use purple or blue lock tite so they don't loosen up.

Looks good and low price. Feels like OEM. Had to enlarge the holes in the tour pack and the spacer but that was easy. Unlike the guy who couldn’t install them on a 2002 Ultra, they fit my 2002 Ultra just fine.

These are not Franzen and if you have holes drilled for Franzen the lower tab will not match. Luckily I got away with leaving the old lower tabs, but I had to drill out the holes for the latches because the screw holes are both wider and longer. Okay for temporary but not a long term solution.

My Tour-Pak is from a 80s vintage FLH and I have never had a problem getting parts in the past. Having a latch break was disappointing, but having the dealer tell me that Harley is discontinuing all of the older stuff was a serious bummer. One guy tried to be funny and sell me a new latch for $34,000 – it was attached to a brand-new Ultra. I wasn’t amused. However, these latches worked great! I was able to use my old hardware without any issues. The holes in the old spacer blocks were a hair too small, so I just had to drill them out slightly. HELPFUL TIP – When you drill them out, don’t drill all the way through. Just go about 1/8” in, just enough so the latch sits flush. That will help keep the parts aligned. Do NOT over-tighten! Snug them up with a little blue Loc-tite and you will be fine. They operate the same as the originals and I’m very satisfied.
