Nice starter e-bike. The instructions manual left much to be desired, so you will have to figure some things out on your own. If you do have problems, customer service is quite helpful.

IT WAS A LITTLE SMALLER THAN I THOUGHT BUT ITS MY GRANDSON 1ST EBIKE AND ITS NICE AND RIDES GOOD AND I LIKE THAT IT DOESN'T HAVE ALL THE GEARS AND ALL THAT MINE HAS ANYWAYS ITS GOOD STURDY NICE LITTLE EBIKE. I LIKE RIDING IT TO AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY AND EASY TO TO PUT TOGETHER

This ebike was received on time and in great shape. It was very easy to assemble and it was already powered up. This ebike cruises at 14mph and reaches 20 mph easily. I am 5'11" and 300 lbs and this bike handles me easily. The range with my on it is 12 miles. I like to pedal and this bike travels easily 17mph while pedaling. I wish it had a lower cruising speed like around 7mph? But it is an awesome smooth riding ebike. I highly recommend this bike.I have 2 of these ebikes the other one is red and my wife rides it, She is 68 and 5'6" 200 lbs. and rides it with no trouble. Her range is 13 miles .

We sailed to Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, The Bahamas with our bicycles on board. My husband and our friends have regular folding bikes. I have the ActBest Cityrun folding e-bike. I am 61 years old and have near constant knee pain so I was concerned about biking. However, no worries now! I easily kept up with the others and even beat them to the top of the hills! Love the color, size and ease of riding. But mostly love exploring without knee pain. Thank you ActBest! (In the photo I am the one with the pretty blue bike)

I received my son’s bike and assembled it according to the video. My son rode it a couple days and noticed a dragging from the back tire when in electric mode. He is way below the weight limit so I know that wasn’t the issue. I contacted the seller to return the bike. I received a shipping label that was not prepaid. The instructions stated to use a shipper of my choice if I could not use the seller shipper. The seller did not provide their shipper and to ship using UPS is $250. I paid $150 for shipping to get the item and it’s is unacceptable to expect me to pay $250 to send it back. Find a bike through Walmart or some other seller because what was supposed to be a great Christmas surprise for my son has turned into a nightmare for me.1/26/2025 UpdateI was asked by the seller to remove my A-Z claim so that they could process a refund. I was instructed to also take down this review. The seller stated after I sent in the battery and 2 sets of keys they would process my refund. Tracking shows then items were delivered to the seller on 1/23/2025. The seller has stopped responding to messages. Amazon is no help because they are telling me I should’ve never canceled the A-Z claim. This has truly been a nightmare. I just want a refund as guaranteed by the seller.
