The charger they included had internal part malfunction through a breaker in my garage and no longer charging I used a friends charger to charge battery which is ok it is unknown at this point if they plan to replace charger they requested I run test my job is not to test their defective product

I needed a replacement quickly after my original battery unexpectedly died after 3 years of faithful service.I opted for the 4-pin model to match my original battery, and it fit perfectly into the cradle. After installing it, I took my e-bike for a test ride, covering approximately 10-12 miles in about an hour. The performance was good, even when tackling uphill terrain.
