Lasted 2 year. I only use it occasionally and today it started to go down a bit at a time, without using lever

Best office chair I've owned. At 345 Lbs I needed a chair that would support my weight and this one has for years. Comfortable and have had no issues. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you weigh over 300 Lbs.

Chair was great then about a month ago the Hydraulic lift on the chair went out and will only keep the chair lifted for a couple of minutes at most. Reached out for repair or refund and no response. Shame

I recently set up my home office and debated for a long time about which office chair to get. I’m 5’7” and just under 300 lbs, and this chair feels amazing. It’s strong and supportive and plenty wide. A lot of ergonomic chairs are very uncomfortable for me, but this one is great! It was easy to put together by myself. I’ve been using it for 8 hours a day for two months and don’t regret this purchase at all.

Easy assembly, though when it was unpacked, there were some unsightly scratches on the black metal parts above the wheels. Rolls ok. I am not much of a roller. Nice wide seat. What warrants the low rating is that I feel slightly pitched forward, as if it would be really easy for me to slide forward down out of the seat and onto the floor. This is supposed to be adjustable, but when I try to tilt the seat back to make it more parallel to the floor, the thing on the side that pushes in to save the setting does not "catch" at the preferred position and just goes right back to where it was. So every time I sit in it, I have to start out by using the arm rests to kind of hoist myself into the chair to make my butt go as far back in the seat as possible. My feet must actually leave the ground in order to do this, so it's not exactly safe, especially with a chair that rolls. I'm sure the arm rests were not made to be used that way, so I am just waiting for them to fail some day. Wish I wouldn't have spent the money because now I'm stuck with it because sending it back is impractical and I would likely have to pay for it at this point.

I did a lot of searching and was worried it wouldn't be high enough for me, as I like to sit high and don't like using the keyboard drawer under the desk. It is just right! I was a little worried about assembly, from other reviews. The wheels were the hardest, but I did a search on caster wheel installing and found a video that showed it to be SO EASY. You just put the wheel into the slot and with pressure, rotate the wheel around in circles. It goes right in!!! You don't need a rubber mallet!I feel like the chair does give proper lumbar support, so no extra equipment needed for that. The armrests are super easy to adjust, which isn't always the case in office chairs.I'm a plus-size, 5'9", 58-year old female and it works for me!

I love this chair. It fits my fat body just perfect. I like the waterfall front seat. It’s wide enough and long enough so I’m not using my feet to hold me in chair. The back is perfect height and I’m 5 feet 5. Wasn’t too hard to put together and it is heavy so I feel like it will support me. The seat again, is well padded and I am a happy camper. Time will tell. It is very easy to adjust height and arms. The arms are nice and kind of a square shape so you can rest on them easily. Great bargain.
