I loved this, at first. It hasn’t stopped working, but its ability to keep my coffee warm, isn’t working anymore. Also, some months ago, when I remove my mug, it still stays on. So if you’re in it for the short term, this is for you! Long term, not so much.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it! This has saved us from running to the microwave all day long to reheat our cups of coffee. It won't make the coffee piping hot, but it will keep it a perfect drinkable temperature. The cord is nice and long to plug it in anywhere in the house. The heating plate senses the cup, and turns on/off automatically which is great if you're forgetful like myself.

Super chauffe-tasse. Utilisé tous les jours depuis 1 semaine et je ne suis vraiment pas déçue. Il maintient vraiment très bien, avec une tasse normale. J'ai été surprise de l'efficacité du produit.Je recommande sans hésitation, c'est un excellent achat pour un prix tout à fait correct.

I have been using this warmer for several months and it keeps my drink hot. Most of the time I use the Medium setting. It's easy to use and shuts off if I forget to do that. I use it with a mug that is neither especially thick nor thin, and the base of the mug is not perfectly flat. I wish the cord were a little longer (it's about 5 feet), but I've been using it with an extension cord and have not had a problem. I would recommend it.

This was a gift to me, picked by me. Absolutely love it. I like to enjoy my coffee. This really holds the temp from start to finish. I was really hoping to find a usb/ rechargeable warmer but they only come with a "have to use" mug. I love MY mug, so that's a plus along with the bonus that when your not drinking coffee it does melt a candle. Great choice.

Der Tassenwärmer kam gut verpackt an und das schlichte, schwarze Design passt hervorragend zu meinem Secretlab Magnus Pro Schreibtisch.Egal welche Tasse ich nutze (ich habe vor allem Tassen von der Städtekollektion von Starbucks), sie wird gut warm gehalten. Im hohen Modus sogar zu warm, mir reicht der zweite (Power Taster leuchtet blau), etwas kühlere Modus, vollkommen aus. Unter dem Tassenwärmer wird es nur handwarm, sprich es ist nicht nötig etwas darunter zu platzieren. Auch die Ausschaltautomatik funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Sobald die Tasse heruntergenommen wird, schaltet sie der Tassenwärmer nach einigen Minuten selbstständig aus.Preis / Leistung finde ich sehr gut. Ich kann den Tassenwärme uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very nice to have on the desk, doesn't make any extra noise and seems pretty sturdy after a few weeks of use. Also pretty cheap for what it is, and definitely does it's job at keeping the drinks warm, with the added bonus of the smart shut off when there's no mug

I perpetually end up not finishing my cup of tea or coffee, so it's always cold. It is such a hassle to rewarm in microwave. I have to make a trip downstairs, wait for it to warm up, then the microwave door makes such a noise when I shut it, then make the trek back upstairs. This warmer saved the day! I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I keep right next to my desktop. Easy to use, just two taps. I use a large 2 cup mug, and the base of this warmer is wide enough for my 4" width mug! I wish I had ordered this years ago!! Now I have warm coffee or tea all morning long. Sturdy base, auto shut off too. If you are looking for something like this, this one is a WINNER!! Highly recommended.

I asked for a fancy mug and warmer set that cost $70 for Christmas but then discovered this item. Since I am fussy about mugs I was happy that this warmer would allow me to use any mug. I am a slow drinker so my coffee or tea would often cool off when I was only half way done. Now my drink stays a consistent temperature which is hot but not too hot to comfortably drink. No more repeated trips to microwave cooled beverages. The price is reasonable and so far it has worked perfectly. I have not had it for long so I can't speak to it's longevity but I now officially cannot live without it. It's not fancy but it works. I recommend considering it over the expensive mug and warmer sets. I was a little worried that my husband would get me the expensive set but he had totally forgotten I'd even asked for it. Merry Christmas to me.

*Update* Adding a star to the rating as customer service reached out unprompted and gave a full refund. May be worth it to try out the product with such a proactive customer service team. Again, in my experience it worked great when it did, the two heat levels and auto-shut off are very good features, just wish it lasted longer.Kept my tea warmed up pretty good, especially with my single-walled, borosilicate glass mugs. But like many other reviews, it just stopped working one day. In my case, the warmer still turns on but with very minimal heat, after about10 months into almost daily use.Not bad, but will now try a different brand to see if there's a longer lasting alternative.
