I didnt like this product. It dosnt look very good quality and as the description said 110 and 220v I just purchased it, and of course the voltage is not universal. So I had to put a very big power transformer in order just to use it. It's very difficult to find a cup that will be heated with this.

I got tired of microwaving my coffee. I bought this and I now have warm coffee all day long. Use with any ceramic mug.

This is a great cup warmer. I feel dumb not knowing how to turn it off. I thought I had to unplug the power cord so I watched the video but I do recommend unplugging the power cord before you go the bed. I wouldn’t leave it unattended. Love the continuous heat keeping my cup of tea warm. All it needs is a light touch at the corner of the on/off button. The heat gets transferred to the desk so I recommend a thick very thick coaster be placed between the desk & the warmer.

I ordered this mug warmer, because the old one I had had an inline thumb wheel switch, like an old table lamp, which I didn't like, so I wanted something that had an automatic off feature, which this one has. This mug warmer is nice a large, with a tough sensitive on/off button right on top of the plate. Additionally, the side of the mug warmer includes one USB-A and one USB-C port for connecting things like phone chargers, which is a handy feature. One of the features that drew me to this mug warmer was the fact that it includes a safety off feature, where the warmer will turn off automatically after 8 hours. Now, I'm not sure who needs a mug warmer on for a full 8 hours, but that actually seems kind of excessive, still it's something.Another big feature of this warmer was that it has an on/off button right on the top, rather than a hard switch or thumb wheel. This button is nice in that it does not turn on/off when just anything touches it; it seemingly needs the electromagnetic energy from your body to activate it...USUALLY. I say usually, because there have been times I've been sitting at my desk, and haven't used the mug warmer all day, but I look over and the blue light is on, indicating that it's heating. I go to turn it off, and I can tell that the plate if very hot, as if it's been on for quite some time. The question is, if I haven't been actively using the mug warmer, when and how did it get turned on? My fear is that the on/off button is so sensitive that it may be turning itself on at times, possibly from a voltage spike or something in the electrical lines in my home, or maybe from a voltage drop, as I do have this item plugged into a surge protector with other lower voltage items, like the USB plugs for my LED lights on my desk, a desk fan, and my wireless phone charger. The fact that this device seems to be turning itself on is rather worrying, even with the auto-off feature, since it's such a long timer of 8 hours before it shuts itself off. I don't particularly think it will get hot enough to catch anything on fire directly, but I worry that it might come on while I'm not home and then short out or something, given that it seems to be turning itself on to begin with. For this reason, I did drop one star from it. Now, it is possible that, while I'm not at my desk and not using other items plugged into this surge protector, that it may never turn itself on, because I've never just come to desk for the first time of the day (or after a long period) and found the thing turned on, so it seems to only happen when I'm at my desk, which is somewhat reassuring, but still, you never know.Other than my safety concerns with this device, which MAY just be an isolated defective unit, or maybe I really shouldn't be using it with a surge protector, I am pleased with how hot this warmer gets, as it does keep my coffee hotter than my old warmer, and it will turn itself off, even if it does take forever to do so. I also like the look of this warmer, and appreciate the extra USB ports offered.Overall, I'd say to give this one a try, but keep an eye on it; if it's doing weird things, like mine, you may want to return it.
