Great toliet .. was as good as Duravit .. I wish they had a parts list for replacement parts ( like flush value ) and a wooden seat option

This is a great design compared to the typical ones that collect grime around the bolts. After installing my first elongated toilet some decades ago, I'd never go back to round. I'd also only get ADA height even if my kids weren't all taller than me because this style will be easier to stand up from as we age. Soft close toilet seat lids are also generally preferable, and these are even easily removed for more thorough cleaning. I also always use and recommend wax-free seal rings just in case it ever needs plunging or raised and put back in place, like when updating the flooring. This toilet's a bit harder to install due to extra weight, so putting it in place should be a two-person job. It being all one piece may seem a minor inconvenience for installation but I'd recommend this toilet because of that design. (I had to replace the tank seal on my mom's toilet again earlier this year, and the floor is still stained blue from the leak.) We even notice a difference from this one's trapway being glazed, unlike the old toilet with a permanently stained trap. Unless you're looking for the heavy duty toilet that can flush a bucket of golf balls, this one's a great choice.

Creator of this design hates plumbers. Installed this model today. Put body in a place was relatively easy, I am still strong enough to set in straight down over flange bolts. Problems started when attached supply line. Existing shut off valve came off the wall and was directly against edge the wall of the new toilet. There is only 3 inches space to the wall, so I remoted old compression valve, cut 1/2 copper pipe shorter and installed a new 1/4 turn valve. Now came a time to install water supply SS flexible shut off to fill valve. The fill valve plastic tube is located in the cavity with 3 inch wide opening and only one hand is available to make connection. I barely put my hand ( and my hand is not the biggest one among plumbers) to blindly screw supply nut to the fill valve inlet. The simplest ever part of installation became a hell. I did it but was cursing as an old school lumper. My advice to those brave hearts who may get the same Sotomo throne is to attach supply line before you place body in the place.

Great toilet ! Solidly built , looks really nice . 2 different flush levels , 1 for #1 & 1 for more than #1 lol very efficient . Took 2 people about 40 minutes to take out the old one & install this one . No problems whatsoever . Such an upgrade & feels so fancy !

Toilet was perfectly enclosed in styrofoam for shipping.No dings or any damages upon arrival.Installation was simple but requires two people to install.Works great , has two different flushoptions.Overall l rate this product very highly and l recommend it for anyone needing a sleek and modern toilet.
