It's smooth quiet fast everything you want in a reciprocator saw and best of all I can stick my Makita batteries on it and it works great I think all battery should be interchangeable that would make life so much easier but who wants easy you got to pay for that but she's worth it what

I have an older reciprocating saw that has seen better days and is tired. So I order this to see if it was a reliable replacement for my brand-name saw. I use this type of tool for a myriad of functions around the farm and it is indispensable for demolitions and quick fixes to fences and structures requiring repairs. The very nature and use of a reciprocating saw indicates that it is going to be worked hard and chew up a lot of blades on unseen nails, hidden wire, screws and metal plates that you never thought would be there. lol.I am pleasantly surprised and both the quality and performance of this saw. It has become a “goto” tools for me as it is very easy to carry, change blades, and hand off to the missus for her she-list of projects. It truly is an excellent general purpose tool.PROS:• As powerful as my brand-named reciprocating saw• Brushless motor• Lighter than my previous reciprocating saws• Smaller grip fits mine, and my wife’s, hands better• Comes with a good assortment of blades• Works with existing batteries from another brand• Battery-powered so my wife uses I to cut tree limbs and heavy shrubberyCONS:• The saw is advertised as cutting a myriad of materials however, that has little to do with the saw and everything to do with the blade if the power is there to support it.• Eats batteries as fast as other sawsVery happy with the price and performanceFive stars for me

I like that this saw came with a wide variety and quantity of blades. I also like the pivoting shoe, Makita battery compatibility, and tool-free blade change. What I don't like is how all the product information fails to acknowledge that this is a reciprocating saw and not, for example, a drill. I have no idea what the stroke length is or the real strokes per minute. The side of the saw is marked "Max fastening torque 250N.m" and "No load speed 0-2,600min-1" and "Impact per minute 0-3,200min-1". These metrics don't make sense for a reciprocating saw!The tool also has a onboard battery level meter. The accompanying label was re-used from an impact wrench because it also has a button marking and selectable mode lighting, except there is no button underneath or different modes. The accompanying instructions likewise are meant to cover a whole variety of tools, not just this saw. This tool does not come with a case, bag, or batteries. With all that in mind, I think this is overpriced. It's only a little cheaper than a real Makita saw (bare tool), more than similar bare tool unbranded reciprocating saws, and I've previously gotten a one handed off-brand reciprocating saw with TWO Makita-compatible batteries for a slightly *lower* price.

I have a very old Milwaukee SAWZALL® it is heavy, corded, has a screw type blade attachment, and still runs very well. I got this ZUYIYI Cordless Reciprocating Saw for Makita 18V Battery because I wanted Sawzall that is lightweight, cordless, works with Makita batteries, and has a quick release blade attachment, and the ZUYIYI has it all. It is made and works very well, and I have no issues with it. I like that it has adjustable speeds of 0 – 3500 RPM. There is a nice assortment blades that comes with this saw. I have used this saw to cut steel pipe, plastic pipe, wood and limbs. I have also used the ZUYIYI as a bone saw to cut bones when butchering and it cuts through bones as good as my Milwaukee. Here is the review ranking basis that I have adopted:⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

I have been so plagued by these off brand, made in China tools, but this one is an exception. Worked great, easy to handle and not too heavy. I would recommend this tool if that is what you are in the market for.

Sometimes a woman needs to fix things, or prune trees, or have a tool that's just the right size and weight to get the project done! This saw is a great size making it easier for me to use. I wanted to move a light switch in my closet to the outside of my closet for better ease of use. With this saw I was able to create just the right size of hole to work in so I could switch the location. The weight of this made it easy to maneuver so I didn't have to worry about slipping or my arm getting tired from holding and putting pressure on it to move. I didn't need as much pressure either to move the saw to create the hole in the wall. The size made it easy to see what I was doing and I could see the electrical cords and studs and avoid them. I also like Makita products so that was just the cherry on top!

My wife needed something for pruning trees and gathering goat feed. My Makita sawzall is just too big for her. This saw is perfect sized for her smaller hands and body-type. Combine it with pruning blades, and this thing works great. Plus it works with Makita batteries!
