We lost our previous oven the week before Thanksgiving, we were able to purchase this one on Amazon and it was delivered the next day, it comes in a box. The device has no cord, so i removed the cord from the old stove and installed on the new one. this stove has an overhanging edge, so you need someone with some skills to install. I am an electrician, so it was no problem for me. The stove needs to be level, so it took several attempts to get it set correctly. Our other stove was a top of the line Samsung. this stove was less expensive, and in my opinion a better cooking stove, Our Thanksgiving turkey was the best one I have ever cooked. It is well constructed and didn't require temperature calibration. I would buy another brand of appliances from Cosmo
