Arrived early. Have had for a week. Is quiet. Works perfectly. English instructions are well-written and easy to understand. Initially felt the price was a bit high but now feel it was worth it.

Just received this freezer. It looks good and I hope it to function as needed. What drove me to post this review is the packaging. It was perfect. Cut four nylon straps that hold the box together. Slide the box up to reveal the freezer. Box folded perfect and flat, immediately. The door is protected by a static plastic film. Perfect. Unboxing and setup took 3 total minutes. Sometimes it's the little things that leave an impression.

**** UPDATE********Door no longer seals close. Useless now.***********************Perfect counter height mini freezer. Bought this to stow my dog’s frozen raw food and free up space in our fridge’s freezer. Very spacious inside. Able to fit at least THREE(3) SIX (6) lb bags of Primal Raw meat patties and THREE (3) TWO (2) lb bags of frozen tilapia filets with some room for a Costco frozen pizza.

This product arrived with a huge dent right in the front. Very disappointed. We’ve only had it plugged in a little while, so I can’t comment on its functionality yet, but was upset with the appearance because of the dent.UPDATE: overnight, the freezer started to overheat and was extremely hot to the touch. It began to smell like burning rubber. We will be returning this. Very very displeased.

only thing I don't like is it is NOT FROST FREE. Otherwise it's just what I was looking for.

really helpful to have the extra space. works great.why though, doesn’t it auto-defrost?wasn’t aware they even made manual defrosting units anymore.pain in the buttworks great aside from that.
