I wish I could give zero stars!!I purchased this ice maker in August, after 2 months it stopped making ice. I contacted the vendor they sent me cleaning instructions to troubleshoot. After troubleshooting the ice maker still does not work. They claim they issued me a refund and couldn’t simply replace because they allegedly don’t make this model anymore. I never received the refund and still without an icemaker. To make this situation more unprofessional, they don’t answer the phone and only respond via text.

Great ice. Wish it kept the ice cold. Melts if not used right away and freezes into a chunk when I tried to store it in the freezer.

Easy to follow instructions and easy setup. Makes ice quickly. It has a self-ckean feature. Great product.

I love the ice this machine makes! It's great quality and really cranks out the volume.Having said that, my kitchen is connected to my living room and it is constantly running (and the fan is pretty loud). I'm still happy with my purchase but it's a bit too loud for my taste

This little machine is a must have!! I love eating ice and this produces the best nugget ice. I was skeptical but am so glad I bought this one! I can easily move it to our camper when we go on trips. It makes ice almost instantly. Super easy to take apart and clean. The noise is the only drawback but for me it’s definitely worth it to always have the ice I love!

I owned a business (not a restaurant) that had an industrial ice machine that produced ‘Sonic’ type ice. It absolutely ruined me for any other type of ice. I retired and my family sold the business, so I decided to try to find a little ice machine to fit on the kitchen counter. One that would make soft pellet type ice. I found one! This one is relatively quiet, it looks nice, I can put about 20 oz of water in it at a time and it quickly makes ice. Now, I’m used to an industrial strength ice maker, so it doesn’t make a lot at a time, but I think it makes enough for a family. I highly recommend it!

I purchased this after my mother got hers, she paid almost twice the price for one and I have to say this ones just as nice and works just as well! Most ice machines don’t actually give you the small cubed ice this one does and it is so good. It serviced very fast, and I was surprised about how nice of quality it is. After setting it up and cleaning it it’s producing ice and I can stop spending money at the store. It holds just as much as the big brands and is very easy to use. Definitely recommend if you’re an ice fan, great price for what you get!
