I'm 100% impressed with this tactical/ballistic vest. Many of these vests are advertised as airsoft vests or costume vests and so on. That being said, this is finally a true-blue ballistics vest or "bulletproof vest" very close to one that you could get at your local dealer. These things are amazing for just training in general, you can work out with them when they're plated, typically 45-pound plates, it's good for muscle memory, protection, and a slew of other healthy things, to better your response time, if that's what you're into. Or if you're on a health journey to have added weight on your body, I guess what I'm saying is there's other things to use this for other than the obvious. I really can't say enough good about this vest, from its quality stitching to the strong durable and rugged nylon material used, the strong Velcro and the great sizing options via how adjustable it is on the sides of your body as well as the shoulders. It's also worth pointing out where the Velcro would adjust on your sides and your shoulders to adjust for your body size, really any body size, which is most impressive to me with these products. I personally am around the 5'9 and in the 190 Lbs range, however this vest will fit both men and women in a variety of body types and sizes. Aside from the versatile Velcro strong points you even get your standard male to female clips to keep it in place which is really impressive. The Molle system on this is absolutely beautiful, you have it on the front and the back so you have your support on the back which would be maybe for stuff like tie offs, tourniquets, medical supplies, things of that nature. I also love that you have little detail like a support handle on the back of this vest as if you were ever in a situation to where you had to drag a partner that handle is there which is again just great attention to detail, and it's done well it's sewn in very strong, and it would have no problem pulling our human being. The front of the vest, you have your three-magazine pouch and then you also have a Molle system underneath that for a drop pouch. I mean, there's really a lot of customization with this vest. What I also like is this looks to me and I could be wrong that the size plate is going to be a 7 by 12 which is awesome as that's going to basically cover all of your center mass while still giving you the ability to move around freely and the vest stops right before your waistline, which is also great so you have room if you wear a tactical belt or any type of leg holsters that may be attached to a tactical belt. At the end of the day, if you do yourself a favor and take a look at the photos, this is definitely one of the better ballistic vests that I have bought. I have four in total now and this one is probably in my top two now, just because of the sizing options, the quality of the material used, the variety and customization, the strong Velcro all around and where your plates or your carriers are going to go into. This vest is just done very well and there's great detail put into this vest. I'm going to give it 4 stars and I highly recommend it if this is something you're looking at getting for whatever your reasons may be, this one is definitely the way to go. It's a good fit, it's comfortable and it's going to do the job!

Fits great on my small frame, 5’6 127 lbs. I don’t believe it can hold plates. More so for the appearance. Purchased because it was the best for my size.

This vest is a solid budget option for airsoft or anyone needing a basic tactical vest. Here's what I liked:Pros: * Adjustability: The vest fit me well, and I appreciated the adjustable straps at the shoulders and waist. I haven't had it long enough to comment on long-term durability, but I'm not sure how well it would hold up to serious wear and tear. * Comfort: It's not the most comfortable vest I've worn. The padding is minimal, and it can get a bit hot after a while. * Limited Storage: The vest itself doesn't have a ton of built-in storage. You'll need to add pouches for anything beyond basic essentials.Overall:If you're looking for a budget-friendly tactical vest with basic features, the CVLIFE vest is worth considering. Just don't expect top-of-the-line quality or comfort.

I work security and it fit my large level 3 kevlar inserts and super impressed for the price. Would by again.
