This laptop looks great and feels great, but it had hardware issues 1 week after I got the damn thing. It has totally slowed down my business. I will not recommend buy another used item like this again.

This is a really good deal. Mine looked in good shape but the battery needed to be replaced. Contacted them about it and they sent a new battery the next day. I’ve had it for a few weeks and it works good. I recommend these guys and would do it again.

Since I bought it used I was terrified it wouldn’t work. Needed insane amounts of updates made me think it needed new parts at first. Just needed all of its updates. Runs just fine, I worry about it overheating but if you keep it plugged in it’s totally fine. Quality is perfect not a single scratch despite being used, speed wasn’t great at FIRST but after warming up it’s quick! Very lightweight, and the battery life is decent for a laptop. Overall I have and will continue to recommend this to others. ((Do not call support until you’ve finished all updates! They wanted to take it, examine it, send me a bill to fix it, then send it back fixed a month or two later. All (mine) needed was updates and they’re going to try to charge you for it. Don’t let them lol)).

The laptop is a good buy. I like the graphics and its speed. As it is a smaller devise than I'm use to, it is difficult to use the keyboard. I am still trying to transfer data so at this point I cannot provide any further information.

On a tight budget but this laptop meets all the performance needs at an affordable price AND it arrived earlier than expected. Would have loved a full keyboard, but the RAM, storage, processing speed and c-port had to come first. Only caveat on this particular laptop is that the touch pad mouse takes up a lot of real estate and moves the keys up pretty far. It takes some getting used to. Very happy with the purchase.

Loved this while it worked. Then the keyboard froze. Amazon arranged for return and refund quickly. Am going to try again with this seller. Have reordered and am hoping for a good experience with a usable laptop.Update: got my replacement laptop in a couple of days. It's all set up and runs fine. Bought a refurbished docking station, new large screen, wireless keyboard and mouse as well. So much better than my clunky old desktop! The black plastic only around the Dell logo is peeling up a little, otherwise looks brand new. Good deal.
