Just its a nice looking style, modern and elegant, but all cheap plastic, no strong for long life, not good value for the cost, even when buy them open box whit better prices. The shipp was perfect and are in perfect condition like was described.

Design of the spout is good and as pictured. What I was disappointed about is that it is made from a light weight plastic. The delta spout I was exchanging it for (stylistic reasons) was a very heavy, quality feeling metal.

Not happy at all... First of, this is plastic ("Non Metal"...) and second, this is not a Slip Fit mechanism. So if you have a copper pipe without threads, your only option is to use a torch and solder the adapter to your pipe... There is easier options out there for the same price.Edit: I was able to work around the soldering by ordering RP33794 ($10+$15 shipping)Why not provide that part directly?

It fit into the look I wanted. I was surprised that the curved portion of the spout lifted up so as to block the water from coming out.

As stated in other reviews it is plastic (thanks to fellow Amazon reviewers). Otherwise it is just like described and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Very classy and updated look to an older shower.
