I ordered 5 of these and 2 out of the 5 had defective cartridges right out of the box. I only needed 4 so I was able to cannibalize the extra faucet to get the 4 I installed working properly. Unfortunately, I did not get them installed to realize they were defective until after the return period had expired. Initially, they seem to operate ok but now I'm going to need to purchased replacement cartridges for a brand new faucet. Not happy about that! :(

I am so disappointed & in total shock. I purchased 6 faucets in July for $105 & they were delivered on time in September. I thought they were brand new. Since we were using them in a commercial piece of property, I had to wait for a maintenance person to come install them, which was October 31st. He had already taken the old faucets off & when he went to replace with the newly ordered faucets, not only were they broken, but they leak and he had to take 2 of them apart to use the parts to make the other 2 barely work, but he could not leave the sinks without a way to turn on the water. Also, he is not sure how long the ones he put in will last. I was so excited to get this project completed, so this is very disappointing. I now have 3 totally non-functioning faucets & the unopened one is in question. Now, I am not sure what to do. Do I contact American Standard directly? Do I send the unused & not useable ones back to Amazon? Please Advise.

The faucets are really well built; very heavy construction. My two came pre-set to an appropriate duration so I did not need to fiddle with the mechanical settings of the faucets. Where I think the faucets fall short is in the details. The faucet caps (where you press to get the water to flow) regularly come loose then jingle on the post until tightened again. Also, the blue (cold) and red (hot) plastic inserts were oose and kept falling out of the faucet. I finally applied them with silicone sealant. Overall, the faucet is not a bad purchase given their price.

We ordered 8 of these for the bathrooms of our conservation club. We recently switched over to Rural Water service, which is rather expensive.We rent out our upstairs reception hall for weddings, graduations, special events, etc. The customers would fail to turn off faucets completely quite often, which would run our water bill up. We replaced all of our vanity faucets with these, as well as replaced all of our toilets with water-saver models. We now have more control over our usage, which saves us a lot of money. These were very easy to install, and the metering was very easy to adjust. They fit the 4" center holes vanity tops nicely, the weight of the product is very nice and heavy duty, and the polished chrome finish is very nice looking. I have them adjusted for about 8 second flow rate per push of the button, and this has helped to greatly reduce our consumption. I would highly recommend these to anybody looking to control their water usage.

Found these here on smile.amazon.com! Great deal, heavy quality commercial faucet! Perfect for commercial use where there's an issue of faucets left on/running. The hot side takes much longer to stop. I need to adust the time delay but it is very hard to get into it.
