The paper presents a clean white surface for writing or labeling. It can be sealed with water activated or pressure sensitive tapes or labels. It can also be heat sealed by putting two poly edges together and applying heat. PE coated papers are widely used in food service and other varied applications. All of these grades offer high moisture resistance because the PE barriers won't crack at cold temperatures. They are easily stripped, prevent "Freezer Burn", maintain chemical inertness, and have no odor, yet are dispensed and sealed as easily as any roll of paper.

Paper was fine packaging was horrible… two rolls in one big box with nothing to prevent the rolls from slamming around. The box was destroyed when it arrived, the edges of the rolls were all beat up from bouncing around.

this is a nice weight and keeps well in the freezer i had purchased some bargin paper earlier blood leaked through and made a mess of my freezer you get what you pay for I am working on my second roll

We buy meat and fish in bulk packages and portion them into meal-size quantities, wrap, label, date and freeze.This freezer wrap is ideal for our purposes.The polyethylene coating is the difference. Without this coating, the food will leak, stick to the paper and then dry out. Do not buy plain paper "freezer wrap". It must be plastic coated like this product to protect your food purchase. I will buy this paper again.I did buy it again last month and now I won't likely get a deer this season but we're all set for Costco!
