For those that write bad stuff about Detroit Axle I replace my Rack and pinion in my Land Cruiser 4 years a go and it barely star showing a possibly leek, for what you pay don't expect more that 2 to 3 yeas , and you must flush your system to ensure there is no contamination , replace whit a quality fluid , replace any leaky hoses and maintain fluid levels and replace the fluid once a year and then you be surprised how long it last. I use a lost of from Detroit axle, suspension, brakes, etc. and for the price they are more that adequate, I'm certified auto tech whit 20 years exp.If you want original quality BUY ORIGINAL REPLACEMNT PARTS , $$$$$$$ ! bay the way that one picture off bad unit is FAKE! is from a bone yard.

It started leaking less than 2 years after purchasing.. got it replace and 2 years later it leaks again. Reach out to them to have it replaced under the lifetime warranty and the said they can’t replace because it was already replaced once. When I brought up the life time warranty they said u only get one replacement.
