I want them to give me a solution. I paid 500 dollars for the installation of that part and it came defective, it throws out a lot of oil, it's even worse than the one I had on. Now I lost 500 from the mechanic and 170 from the part, they haven't given me a solution

This part takes 4-6 hours to install which was wasted on defective part. Want to exchange but doesn't appear to give me that option. I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping or restocking fee, can't restock, defective!

Did not come with inner tie rods like description says it put the job a week behind they gave me some $ back but had to order different tie rods
