Straight out of the box it would not charge. Battery will not get above 1 bar. Light flashes for about 5 seconds saying it's charging. Then, both lights go solid meaning it's fully charged. Left on charger for 6 hours, and still not over one bar. It didn't finish the first hole I tried drilling.

Charger died after 2 months. Only charged battery twice. Not sure if seller, TradeEvolution is selling counterfeit product or dewalt product just fails that fast

I’m still highly confused as to why Dewalt made this .. why not just stick to the current 20V batteries … not only doesn’t this battery really last all that long, but the cost to have two of them is ridiculous

it arrived well sealed , I OPENED PAkage and read instructios on how to charge my new battery. after indicating it was fully charged I installed it on my new blower i ha jus bought from AMAZON , my new blower operated for 2 to 3 minutes and just stopped working, i charged my new battery over night . much to my dissapointment the batterry chager was dead . I checked my elect outlet an it had not tripped breaker , the return policy turned to be a night mare. cpo outlets . com are the ones that are the ones that are working with me on the return problem . so far its been 3 three weeks today .

Para serle sincero cuando yo compro me gusta que las cosas vengan como yo las veo en la fotografía porque es lo que yo pago compré la batería el mismo Voltio el mismo ah el misma Charger es igual pero no el color que lo vi en la fotografía donde lo anunciado por eso le doy tres estrellas Lo demás está bien
