This is a quality light that is quiet and bright. I installed it myself and I can confirm it is well made and good quality. The only problem, and it is a BIG problem, is that it does not remember what light temperature setting you prefer. There is a feature that you can use your light switch that it is connected to in order to change the color/temperature of the light, but as soon as you turn it off, it forgets your setting and resets back to the default "sunlight" setting. So if you prefer a "warm" color light, you have to reset it every time you turn it on. What is the point of an adjustable setting if it does not remember your setting?!?

This fan is much louder than I anticipated. It also has about a 2second delay when you turn it on. We made sure all the wiring was secure before pushing it back into the housing so I don’t think it’s from that. I would NOT buy this again.

Purchased for vacation property because the one in the condo was super loud - and also vibrated a lot. Switching over was the best thing I could have done. I paid to have it installed, but it seemed pretty easy to do. Price was right and it looks great too. No complaints at all.

The delay on the light coming on is too long. Would be an awesome product if they could fix that.

Please be aware that the product may not be an exact fit in your ceiling. I knew that upon purchasing the item. I have worked in the construction field for many decades, so this installation was pretty easy-straightforward. Expanded the ceiling by cutting to the right fitment. My only issue was the insulation completed some 24 years ago. Cleaned that up nicely and installed my new product around the exhaust tube/hosing. I am very please with this upgrade. Nice light and exhaust, especially at night. This puppy is so quiet you’d wonder if it’s on. So far, the past 3 months, the item is working as it’s supposed to. Loving it.

Well built, quiet, and easy installation instructions. When changing the different color lighting settings what the instructions don’t explain well is that there’s no separate switch. What you do is once hooked up you switch the light switch on quickly on and off and it will switch between the different lighting settings. The fan also works great! Will be purchasing another one for my other bathroom.

Pros:Not real expensiveIt does work a lot better than our old 50 cfm fanNot as hard as some I have installedWe were able to put an LED 100 watt equivilent which was brighter than our old 60 watt light.Cons:Noise level is louder than others but you pay more. This one is 3.5 Sones but tolerable for me.Our little shower room/w/ toilet is only 35 cfm so moisture is running down the walls after one shower. We leave this on for 10 minutes and most all the moisture is gone by then. FAR better than our old fan!Overall, as long as you don't need whisper quiet this is a nice fan to install.
