Makes everybody look like a pro. Holds an edge and slices & dices like no other. The synthetic handle cleans up well and doesn't absorb any odors, blood, or other funk. I have two that I've had over 15 years and have recently added this one to the rotation. Doesn't matter if you're cutting a carp or a Karen, this is the tool!
