This is my "go to" spatula that works great for both nonstick and "yes stick" pans. It is stiff enough and solid, holds what I am turning or picking up well. It is easy to clean. I also like the blue color. So far, it seems very durable.

Very pretty and a nice color, but not even sturdy enough to lift or flip a salmon fillet about 4 - 5 inches long. Not worth the time to return it, but find something stronger if you cook fish fillets than are heavier than, say, dover sole.

This fish turner is strong, does not scratch, and I find myself using it for everything I cook because it does not pose a health hazard. I would have preferred it to be a little wider, but that’s not a game changer.

This is a nice tool, but it’s very thick. So it’s not ideal for eggs or anything like that. I use it for frying cutlets.

It pliable enough for eggs and sturdy enough for most anything else. I like it enough to replace my other old ones with it. I also know that it will never scratch the new pans I have.

I do like the Silicone Spatula but the product actually came through EBay. It ended up being much more than I expected to pay.
