These work great. Convert the smaller base bulbs to the regular size so now I can use decorative bulbs in my outside lights.

These are great. No flaws, work well, should last a long time. I'd get them again.(If only they made an E11 version, so that I could use the E11 high-wattage halogen bulbs. But all the E12-to-E11 converters are garbage, not actually E11-compliant, can't actually properly hold an E11 bulb. Sad.)

These adapters are just a few cents more than others on Amazon, but are a world apart. Brass outer to screw in to socket. AND brass inner threads to screw in candelabra, not plastic like virtually all the others show when you check the product photos. Also, the candelabra bulbs screw in easily and stand up straight, which is important if your bulbs are exposed, as compared to hidden behind frosted glass or other lamp shade. If you are picky, as I am, get these. They are mus better than the plastic thread adapters, and at just a few cents more, are a super value for money spent.

Well the bases of these little units here fit into a regular standard light bulb socket. As you notice from a front view that the holes in the center were really small. That is for a reason. That hole is called a candelabra size and it fits a bulb which I have sent a picture of the bulbs I use. These bulbs are candelabra bulbs they are 100 watt output with a 15 watt worth of power? The question mark is put there because of what you might be thinking is what is the deal? Well you take that 120 light socket screw it into the hole then screw the 100 watt candelabra bulb into that socket and now you are running a 100 light bulb in a 15 watt charge instead of a 100 watt charge for electricity. It is in the way the bulbs are constructed that you save money and get a gang of light. Believe me these light bulbs I have had for years and use them in my last apartment complex or over 8 years. I brought these bulbs over to this complex that I live in now but they have fixed lighting and LED lights which are good but I want to use the lights that I have because they are 100 w and are economical when using those little light socket adapters. That is what this review is about these little adapters. The ability to save money would be to buy the bulbs which are 100 w output and are only charging you for 15 Watts because they are an LED light, but believe me they are 100 w strong I mean like you can see everything with. That is how I roll! I just thought I would share this with people that are trying to get the best bang for their buck. That would be getting these regular socket light bulb adapters with the candelabra holes in the center. By the candelabra bulbs which are like 18 or $19 or four of them and they last 5 years. 5 to 7 years maybe. But you save money in the long run and you are able to see everything without straining your eyes or trying to save a dollar and a dime because you don't want to waste electricity so you use a 30 watt light bulb and you go blind ahead of your time because you weren't being able to see things with the proper lighting. Make sense? By these adapters put them in a regular 120 socket and then get the adapters screw them in. Then by the candelabra light bulbs which fit in those adapters and you are lit up like Broadway and your eyes will last a lot longer than if you were trying to save a dollar a dime with 30 w light bulbs. It is economical to me and user-friendly or I wouldn't be writing this to you. I don't know you but I'm trying to help you understand there are ways to save your eyeballs and save money at the same time. This is a money-saving post of a review/feedback on the item I have used for many years and saved much money on having to pay my utility bill. Investing in the adapters and the candelaudible bulbs would make you happy. Disclaimer: you need to make sure that these light bulbs, these candelabra light bulbs aren't close to any wood or something that would melt because they do get hot. Think about that and set it up so that you have maybe a ceiling fan that has glass in casein the bulbs that are existing in there. These adapters and candelabra bulbs will fit in that kind of a situation but be sure and monitor the use that they do not get too hot that you do not have a fire hazard or melt any kind of items around these bulbs. Do not use plastic do not use wood and do not use anything flammable or that will melt. This old house ain't got nothing on me! Have a nice day!
