4-Step Easy Installation
Step 1
Assemble the drawer box, and mount the drawer members of the slides. Pre-drilled holes, no drilling needed.
Step 2
Assemble the frame structure.
Step 3
Install the frame in the cabinet with the provided mounting template.
Step 4
Push the drawers into the frame structure, and finish the installation.

These pull-out oranizers function smoothly, glide easily, and fit well. High-quality feel. They also fit so much more than I expected! I appreciate that they include a liner for the trays (whcih I do not believe was pictures or listed as included).

Worked out perfectly under my bathroom cabinet.Very sturdy construction. Well built.A little difficult to put together the first time but once I figured it out the next one will be easy to assemble.

These were easy to put together with the included instructions. Easier if you have a drill. The measurements were accurate. I ordered the 17" and the base the drawers attach to was 17" wide. Note that the drawers are slightly less wide to account for the sliders. That was perfect for us as we have cabinet door hardware that juts out and the drawers wouldn't have worked if they were exactly 17" wide. The bottom drawer can be installed lower or higher to account for any lip at the cabinet opening. The top drawer can be installed at varying heights which is great as we had some flat items in the bottom drawer and taller items above. I wish the drawers came in more colors, but was thankful for this reduced depth option being available because most other sliders I found were 21" deep and too long/deep for our cabinet. I wish the screws weren't visible in the front as I think it slightly cheapens the look, and I wish the front drawer panel came in different styles (like straught edged). Additional drawer depth options would also be nice, but overall a great product and I'll buy again for other areas.

The cabinet is nice and functinal, however during assembly I discovered that one of the cabinet front face parts did not have the holes drilled all the way through and the countersink for the screws was missing. I had all the tools, and it only took few minutes to fix, but I can see how it can be frustrating to some people. I think I have seen a review with a similar complaint. Directions are adequate but can be made clearer.

This drawer was very well packaged and came with detailed instructions. We installed it under the sink in our bathroom. It was very easy to assemble and we are so happy that we are planning to order a second one for another cabinet.The unit is very sturdy and uses quality wood and metal parts.

After reading some of the reviews, I almost didn't order this product. As it turned out, I ordered three of the double pull-outs in different sizes for the individual cabinets. The product comes boxed fairly well, so I didn't notice any damage on the wood pieces. The metal stands weren't scratched, and all of the correct screws were in the box. The one gripe is the directions could be clearer, or in the absence of that, produce a decent video showing the correct direction of the slides; would be a big improvement.On balance, the wood pieces go together correctly, and form a solid drawer. The slides look to be good ball bearing types and once assembled, screwed into the bottom and back of the cabinet, form a pretty solid slide out structure for both drawers. The trick is to take your time. It comes with a template that fits over the front lower lip of the cabinet base, but I would push the frame back one inch (1") to move the drawers further back in the cabinet. Otherwise they are right at the cabinet lower lip and the cabinet door; not an issue, but it just looks better.Overall, I would recommend Dindon and this 2-drawer pull-out system because it is, 1. very sturdy, 2. the drawers are will made and look finished, and 3. it is a good value for the price point.

It would have been MUCH easier to assemble if the bottom of the drawers were made of particle board rather than bamboo. Almost all of the drawer wood pieces were warped. The bottom of the drawer fits in a slot cut in to the other drawer pieces, and there's ZERO tolerance. I had to use a rubber mallet to get the side pieces to fit around the bottom. In the process both drawers cracked. I would have returned the thing just for this reason but it would have been an equally PAIN to but all the pieces back into flimsy box it came in. To the seller: Have the Chinese manufacturer change the bottom to MDF to avoid warping!!
