Replaced sagging headliner with deteriorated foam. Matches OEM perfectly. Plenty of material for extended cab or 4 door. Pro tips: Be sure to remove all traces of old foam from headliner fiber backing. To make the installation perfect I made a simple frame to hold and lightly stretch new material. Get a good can of headliner spray contact adhesive and apply to both material and fiber backing. With a helper now lower the frame and stretched material over the backing and using (clean) hands push the headliner into the backing. The glue will stick instantly so you don't want any wrinkles as you place it (hence the frame). Looks just like factory! Let dry overnight before reinstalling. Take pictures and notes as you take things apart. You will like how much nicer and quieter this makes your truck. Good luck!

Sturdy and attractive and did well with 3M headliner adhesive. I was pretty deliberate but in some contoured places I could not get it to stretch far enough to let the adhesive grab so it never had a chance. If your headliner has a lot of recesses for grab handles, etc. do yourself a favor and buy something more stretchy. Otherwise was great and I would use it again for a simpler job. It did fine where I wrapped it around the ends and was able to clamp it. It was too thick for the sliding sunroof shade but I would not say it's "too thick" in general. I would not want less foam for the rest of the job because if it's too think you risk adhesive soaking through and being visible.

Ordered this for my sons 2003 GM Silverado Ext cab. Worked great and looks amazing over the sagging stinky stock headliner.

Looks like OEM gray color. Have 2003 Chevy extensded cab. Watched YouTube videos...looked easy. Not so easy. The fiberglass headliner is large and has many curves that made it really difficult. I had to get help. Also, you must wait for the spray glue to air out before you stick the headliner down, especially in the rounded corners or it will pull up/not stick. Literally do 12-18" squares focusing on the curves to make sure everything sticks down properly and try not to spray too much at a time. You cannot unstick this stuff to fix mistakes. I ended up having a few creases, and ripped it all off, scraped it with a wire brush (by hand) and did it all over again.

Yes this product was easy to work with and turned out nice as well. It molds well to the new style of molded headliner
