Do not waster your time buying this.The timing belt does not have registration marks and feels very flimsy. The water pump looked good, but failed catastrophically within the first 5 minutes after reassembly. The bearing seized.Buying form the rock from now on

Bought for my 2002 Nissan Xterra. Everything was well made and fit perfect. My only gripe is I had to buy the tension spring separate. Kind of silly it's not included since you're in their replacing everything anyhow, but I knew that when I bought it. Otherwise the parts are quality, gaskets were packed correctly (i.e. not folded up or crushed).

So as for the timing belt and water pump they fit great. As for the tensioner I was a little upset that it did not come with a replacement spring for the back side and had to put my old one back on. That was down fall #1. Now onto the crankshaft seal. Highly dissatisfied with it. I had to lube the inner seal with just about everything to get it to go on. And yet it still would not fit. Ended up going to my local Oreilly’s and buying a crankshaft seal and put a small amount of lube and installed in seconds. The seal and timing belt was the main reason I bought the kit. So dis I save a few bucks at first by buying it here. Sure did. But then spent it all back when I had to go buy a seal local to make it work. I would give this kit a 2 star but other components worked good. I feel I should get a discount for having to purchase parts to make this work.
