I had bought one of these from another seller before and then they no longer had it. I paid the same price for one of these with them vs the 2 I received from this seller. I love these for my pocket doors. Easy install. Works very well and had something you can actually grab onto like some of the other options.

Contractor said it was difficult to install. Brushed finish looks a bit cheap. Weight is nice. Scratches very easily. Tab pull is large, flimsy and useless. I’m picky, so I’d much rather have luxe hardware…but it’s expensive - almost triple the price of this one.I should have skipped this purchase and just paid for a higher quality fixture. This one is better than a typical, cheapo Home Depot look, but it’s certainly not high-end. I’d pass if given the choice again.

Installed this on a set of double barn doors on a bathroom and another on a pantry. Install was a little tricky, but that's because they were solids doors and is in no way a fault of the hardware. Once installed they work great and look even better. Very useful having a lockable bathroom door (off the master bed) and even more so a lockable pantry to minimize munching when company is over.

Pocket door hardware can be trickey and often feels flimsy to me. Not the case with this item. The locking mechanism is firm and secure, the finish is nice (matte black is what I ordered). It feels and looks like a quality product. That being said, per my professional carpenter, he said it took a long time to install. But it looks and works great! I'd recommend.
