Covers the hole from old deadbolt, looks good, and is well made. However it is a little hard to align the 2 halfs and it could slip down as the door expands and contracts with the weather. I added a piece of dowel the same diameter as the hole in the door with a hole in the center for the bolt. This made it easy to find the other half and insures it won't slip. TUFF STRIKE should provide a little plastic or wood filler to address these problems...

I was in need of a non-matte black, this was the closest I could find. I knew it wasn't going to match perfect, but this is closer to gray than it is black.

Tried filing the hole with wood filler but it just looked dumb. This looks sleek still odd but better than a round hole of filler.

This was extremely easy to use. I had removed a deadbolt from an interior door and needed something to cover the hole. This did the trick. The price was reasonable, shipping was very fast and the product is sturdy and does everything it says it will do.
