NOT EASY TO REPLACE AT ALL. To be fair- no other brand of button replacement will be any easier. It is possible and I did it with the assistance of a you tube video. The ENTIRE device must be taken apart to replace this button and then put back together. If you put it back together correctly then you must start all over with setting your settings…. You can do it, but be aware this is NOT easy

This is soft flimsy rubber and does not fit well. It slides out of the button holder. DON NOT BUY!

I want to start off saying I am very cautious with doing work on products like these and o am shocked Amazon promoted this item. Just even the slightest pull to get the old doorbell button out resulted in the whole assembly dislodging. In addition it damaged the flat cable so now my door bell is broken. The button on my model did not remove at all even after o had the whole assembly in hand so beware. It seems like an easy simple fix but it can be the nightmare scenario
