If you were looking for a plate with countersunk switch mount holes, this is NOT it. Photos are misleading.

I needed a control plate that did not break the bank. This fit the bill and works as it should.

If you're not interested in using full size pots and dime size work for you like they work for me, then this is the control plate for you. The telecaster I own doesn't have room for full size pots. So I had to use one of these instead of carving out my guitar. Works greats for the dime size pots

Always just buy the Fender control plate. Every time I've tried an aftermarket plate like this I've been sorry. The dimensions are close but not exact. The chrome on these is very thin and scratch just by looking at it. I ended up buying a Fender plate and had no issues. Since I lost money on this one I would recommend just buying a Fender one first. This one was a waste of time and money!

this is listed as 32mm wide 150mm long, which is what I needed. it was ACTUALLY 34mm wide and 160mm long, which will not fit my build. it seemed to be a well made plate - useless if it doesn't fit.

If you have Fender, made in USA, this is probably the right plate. It's amazingly close to stock in finish, size, and thickness. I changed the Noiseless pickups and S1 wiring with Lollars and their prewired kit. It's just easier to keep/store it all together by leaving everything on the plate. If your going to sell the guitar someday, you'll likely want it stock again.
