Purchased this Dorman 645-784 electrical pigtail as it perfectly fits the horizontal fog light switch for a 1997 GMC Sierra K1500 XC as the OEM part cost twice as much.

I wired this in place of broken wires and switch on Grand Prix and this connector resolved my problems. However, the box DID NOT contain wire connectors as advertised, thus my lower score.

It works good. But only after I had to use my own wire caps. Didn’t have the heat shrink connectectors. I even ordered the heat gun just so I could install the thing. Advertising for this product sucks.

This is listed as a fog light wiring but also works for GM cars that are having the key removal issue or having trouble getting out of park . This solved my key issue on a 2007 Chev. Impala. Inexpensive compared to my O'Re.... Auto Parts that wanted $33 for the same part.

Worked to move shifter but then I could not remove key no connection to purple wire had to tape soleniod up so I could drive also came without connectors like discreibed I will get an ac delco next time
