The DreamLine SlimLine neo shower base may be used in a custom shower project or combined with a DreamLine neo-angle shower enclosure for a complete shower installation. The modern shower bases (also referred to as shower receptors, shower trays or shower floors) have a low profile design for a clean polished look. DreamLine shower bases deliver a smart alternative to the time and cost involved with custom tile, with a product that is easy-to-install and an excellent value. Made of attractive high gloss Acrylic/ABS materials, the bases are fiberglass reinforced for durability. Each neo shower base comes standard with a slip-resistant textured floor pattern, 2-side integrated tile flanges and an opening ready for a standard compression fitting drain. DreamLine offers a collection of cUPC certified low profile shower bases. These shower trays are cUPC certified, which affirms they are in compliance with applicable American and Canadian codes and standards. NOTE: DreamLine SlimLine Shower Base dimensions are provided for rough opening measurements (against the studs), while DreamLine Shower Enclosure dimensions are for finished opening measurements (finished/tiled walls). BE ADVISED: DreamLine Shower Bases will always be larger (approximately 2 in.) than the corresponding DreamLine Shower Enclosures. Please, take this information under advisement when ordering your Shower Base and Shower Enclosure separately.

It pains me to write this review because THE PRODUCT ITSELF APPEARS EXTREMELY STURDY AND WELL MADE. I however have two problems with it:1) The packaging from the manufacturer is poor and UPS delivered it with multiple holes (and the tray got chipped during shipping).2) I got an open box with Prime shipping from Amazon. The box that I received was for a 38x38 shower base, but the product inside was the 36x36 one.

I ordered a Slimline 38x38 Neo-Angle shower base but received the wrong size. I reordered another unit which was speedily delivered but again it was the wrong shower base. Yikes! I contacted Dreamline directly and spoke to a simply wonderful customer rep. named Danna. She acknowledged that it was an Amazon shipping problem but after listening to my story she went out of her way to have a new unit sent directly to my house. In all fairness, I never gave Amazon an opportunity to correct the problem the second time. Dreamline's customer service was outstanding and the reason for the 5 stars. The shower basin is firm and sturdy and if this product is anything like Dreamline's customer service I've made a great purchase.

Much better quality than the local big-box store, nice finish and good support on the bottom. Well-packed, with good installation drawings. Drain center was exactly 12"x12" as shown and specified. Arrived promptly with no damage from Amazon.

Beautiful design and quality at any price. I needed to replace another base bought at HD that was only two years old. No comparison to the quality of the DreamLine to my old base. This is sturdy, thick, solid, ring supports to firm up the standing area, and a great finish along with a non-slip surface. No way you will find any flaws. I was not familiar with the brand, but it is as good a base you will find.
