These seem like nice emitters. It is great that they have a threaded nut to secure the 1/4" drip line. A couple of the nuts were cross threaded, but those were easily fixed. I haven't actually hooked them up yet as I intend to use them in my new garden area this spring, but all the moving parts work. Will update after installation.

In preparation for spring, I've started replacing old emitters in my garden. I live in the southwest where the summers are brutally hot, so I wanted an emitter that was equal to or better than the previous 1.0 gph drip emitters I had been using. I came across this product and decided to give it a try.I really liked that I could secure the drip line to the emitter by screwing the cap onto it. I was also extremely impressed by the amount of water, and the distance, I could make each emitter spray water. I had originally intended to use this just in my garden, but it seems to let out enough water that I think these would be great to use at the base of my citrus trees too.So far, these have worked better than I expected, and I am satisfied with this product. I also will use them for more than I originally intended.
