The length of this tubing is perfect for covering a large area of my garden. With 70 feet of tubing to work with, I was able to easily reach all of my plants and flower beds without any issues. I recently purchased this blank distribution tubing to create a DIY irrigation system for my garden. I was looking for a way to water my plants more efficiently and save water. This tubing was easy to install and has been working well so far. I just cut it to the desired length and attached it to my existing irrigation system. The tubing is durable. It is made of high-quality materials and is weather-resistant. The tubing can be used for a variety of purposes. I am using it to water my plants, but it could also be used to mist plants, cool patios, or even create a water feature.

I'm gathering the supplies to install drip irrigation in my vegetable garden and flowerbeds this spring, so I'm pretty new to the various components in a drip system. I have a few different brands of tubing, and this tubing is easily the softest one I have purchased. It should be nice and easy to shape it around curves, make a u-turn at the end of a garden bed, or just lay straight, even if it hasn't been sitting out in the sun. The tubing diameter is exactly 1/4", so it should fit any emitters or other parts, as long as it's not too soft to push them into the tubing. It's February and 18 degrees right now, so I'll update my review after I start putting my system together in May or June. In the meantime, happy growing everyone!

This tubing fits very tightly on the typical emitters barbs that I have on hand. See pictures. It would be a little easier to use if it was just a little stiffer, so it could be pushed over these bards. It is NOT the really thin tubing that is like trying to push a rope when trying to fit over barbs, so not that type of cheap of a flimsy tubing my any means.The tubing elastic properties allow the tubing to fit over the barb connections without any sign/risk of splitting.The barbs with compression locks are slightly smaller than the other 1/4 barbs and is easy to insert into this tubing. The compression lock does NOT allow the tubing to be removed until the lock is removed. This tubing would be a perfect match for those.

This irrigation kit is easy to set up; my husband just placed the pipes around my plants, connected them to a faucet, and turned it on. The pipes spray water evenly, ensuring all the plants get what they need. It helps save water. I'm happy with how it works.

I used this tubing to connect the emitters and fittings to the main line of my garden irrigation system. I was hoping to have a flexible tubing that would not kink and was easy to attach to the fittings and the emitters. Well, I got part of that wish. This tubing is somewhat flexible and does not seem to kink easily. But, I had to soak the ends of the tubes into very hot water to soften them and forcefully push it onto the fittings and emitters that had barbed ends. Once I got the tubing over the barbs and pushed all the way on, it stayed in place very well. It is just such a tiring and time consuming procedure, even though you have a good sense of accomplishment at the end.
