Makes ice fast, takes up little cupboard space and it's as practical as it looks. Have had mine for a year and works excellently!

I bought this ice maker in February of 2024 and it was amazing! It did was it was supposed to do, nice size, very quiet and I always had ice! Fast forward to December 2024, it stopped working. I tried everything to get my ice machine back up and running but nothing worked. I reached out to the manufacturer about my issue because this machine should’ve lasted longer than 10 months. They requested a video, my order number, and my address and said they would send me a new one for free. Let’s hope this one lasts longer than the last! Very grateful they replaced it!3 stars only because it stopped working out of nowhere after such a short period of time. A+ customer service though.

My husband cannot do without his ice maker in the summer (he has one outside for convenience). He liked that the ice maker did not take long to make cubes and he liked the size of the cubes--not too large for his drinks.

As a family of 6 we never keep ice and i didn’t have an ice maker in my fridge this does the jobIt could make ice a little faster but overall great item and item as described noise levelMehhh its alittle loud but nothing bothersome lifespan ive had it for months its still goingEasy to use make sure u use bottled waterI had to purchase cleaner for it too easy to clean just make sure u run it through the whole cycle for clean ice

It's a pain to refill, but we wanted to make sure the water was good, so it's worth it. And it's way better then having to fill ice trays and wait so long. We use more ice then it makes so I'm always making sure it's full and the ice isn't triggering the full sensor. I don't think there is a better design but maybe a deeper tray and water holder which I assume would cost more. If I ever have to buy a new one I'll be looking for more ice capacity.It says ice in 7 minutes but we timed it and that is only if the machine is on and already cooled. If there is not enough water it does shut off and you have to turn it on after you refill it. We forgot that a few times actually.It makes a little noise. You can hear the water flowing when the water is low. And it makes a motor noise when the water is out. The only load noise it makes is when the ice drops down and is pushed into the basket.Small size is perfect for crunching. Large you can crunch if you let it sit in a drink first.Over all it's a good quality machine and we always have ice on hand.

I bought one of these ice makers almost a year ago and all of a sudden it just quit working completely. I contacted the manufacturer and they just asked me to verify the purchase and delivery address and in a few days I had a new one arrive. Very fast and great service. I would recommend this company and product.

Not sure why but it worked great for a while and now it just stopped working it sounds like it is running but isn’t making ice. And the power light is blinking. Can I return or you some how tell me how to fix this
