It did work great for about 2 months. Cubes are an adequate size for the large. The machine used to shut off when the water became low, so you could add more. However after 2 months it stopped doing this. It keeps trying to make ice cubes even though there isn't enough water. I have run the clean cycle numerous times but to no avail. It still tries to make ice when the water level is to low. I get dime size wafers. Granted it still makes regular cubes when the water level is good, it just does not shut off anymore when it should.UPDATE: An Ecozy customer service representative contacted me and apologized for my experience. I was offered a full refund or a replacement unit. I like the machine alot so I took the replacement unit, it arrived the other day. I have not had the opportunity to use it. The customer service experience was amazing. In a time where customer service doesn't exist this was absolutely outstanding. Will post again after I try new machine.2nd Update: I have used the 2nd unit and everything is working. I like this ice machine and recommended it to friends. Ecozy customer service is amazing and I want to thank them for that. Nice to know some places still care about customers. I give Ecozy customer service 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Tina.

I just got the Clear Ice Ball Maker, and wow, I’m seriously impressed. As someone who loves Liquor, having ice that doesn’t melt too fast and water down my drink is a huge win. The crystalflux stuff they mention really makes a difference —each ice ball comes out super clear with barely any air bubbles, and they melt slowly, keeping my drink just right. The best part is how fast it makes the ice. Within 40 minutes, I already got ice balls ready to go. This is a game-changer when friends come over, and I’m trying to impress them with a nice drink. Plus, it makes up to 144 balls a day, so it’s perfect if you’re serving drinks for a crowd.Another cool thing is how easy it is to maintain. The self cleaning is great, and I don’t have to deal with any hassle when it comes to keeping everything fresh. It’s also pretty quiet when it runs, which is a big deal for me, cause i have it on the counter. & that caused another concern if it was too big for my counter as it can be used comercially to a water line also, but it’s super convenient for home countertop just fill it with water manually. Overall, this ice maker has made my whiskey nights so much better. Totally worth it!

This is a good ice maker and we really enjoy the nugget size ice. It produces ice quickly and we like the long narrow design. It's very easy to drain and we like the cleaning function. It is a bit noisy even when you turn off the ice making and leave it plugged in. It has a light function so you can check the ice level without needing to pull out the ice tray which is a nice touch.A few things that I think could make it more usable, a flat power plug, a more visible max water fill line, and an adjustment to the ice tray capacity so the ice doesn't hinder removal of the tray when full.

I gave this ice maker a try as I've always been curious of the appeal of spherical ice. It's actually pretty decent as it has a built in water inlet and an outlet for replacing the existing water. The Water Inlet is optional, so it's not the end of the world since I couldn't connect the inlet without making some janky water line install in my kitchen as it also allows you to manually pour the water into the unit to start the ice making process. As for how fast (or slow) it is, I have no point of reference. I believe it's on the faster side, but again... no point of reference since it's the 1st spherical ice maker I had. The ice balls it produces, it is a pretty solid sphere and it's almost clear enough that I'd almost mistake it for a marble, so it's pretty high quality! The only thing I didn't realize when I purchased it was that the unit was bigger than anticipated. 1 thing that confused me about the product was the extra add-ons that it comes with. There's a rubber ice padding that's used to soften the fall of the ice balls and the plastic ice ball holder (in case you plan on keeping a few solid ones for immediate aesthetic use). All in all, it's an overall decent ice sphere makerPros:* Fast production* Has a water (optional) inlet/outlet* Self-Cleaning functionality* Good/High(?) quality ice spheres* Easy setupCons:* Larger than expected* The manual doesn't include information about the add-ons* A bit pricy (no point of reference as it's my 1st ice sphere maker)Overall:For what it is, it's a pretty good maker!

This is my first ice ball maker, and I’m extremely satisfied with it. Right out of the box, I was impressed by its sleek, modern design—it perfectly matches my other kitchen appliances and is a great addition to my wet bar. Setup was simple and fast; I had it up and running the same day.I initially elected to fill the water reservoir manually, but I plan to take full advantage of its capabilities by connecting the built-in water inlet and outlet soon. After running a couple of self-cleaning cycles—which is a fantastic, time-saving feature—it began producing ice balls within the promised 40 minutes.Ecozy’s ice ball maker truly delivers. Thanks to its CrystalFlux Technology, the ice balls come out solid and crystal clear. They're perfect for whiskey or bourbon, melting slowly to chill your drink without watering it down.Just follow the instructions included with the system (plus the helpful email guidance), and you’ll be making high-quality ice with zero hassle in no time.Pros:- Easy setup- Self-cleaning- Fast production- High-quality ice- Optional built-in water inlet and outletCons:- A bit larger than expected- Instructions could be a little clearer regarding water inlet and outlet setupOverall: Outstanding ice ball maker.

Update: Once filled to the Max-Full liine with water this compacy counter top sized ice machine jumps into action and starts making ice. Note that your 1st batch may be a little watery in appearance but appreciate that the machine has to go from room temp to frozen first. The ice scooper pushes the bullets into the bucket and continues to make ice until the bucket is full - about 3-4 scoops at 8-12mins between each. The red light then comes on while the machine is in pause-mode. Remove the ice cubes and immediately place them in your freezer for later use (or in your drinks if you're ready lol) I found that the LARGE ice cube setting is best.CON: Initially time consuming yes as you do have to check back to see when the bucket is full, however with practice I'm sure I'll get to know exactly how long a full bucket takes and simply do something else while waiting for that magic transfer moment.PRO: The machine is quality constructed with parts cleverly put together to meet one's needs - basket, scoop and 2pc plastic freezer bags and a handle are included.Customer Service and Care is outstanding, so if you have any questions or concerns, do contact them. I am more than happy to recommend this novel countertop icemaker from Ecozy ~ 5*
