Heavy duty canvas over burlap. Works well but the ropes are not long enough for a forced dusting station and they break too early.

Marieral is not same of lesser models. Great quality. The cotton types will get eaten up by squirrels and birds such as blue jays and crows. This bag is much better constructed and the yellow is easy to see so you can tell when DUST is low in the bag and needs replacing. This is a very good value.
