My very old short hair cat stopped grooming her back legs. She was getting mats in her fur. I use this spray on her brush now, & her fur is looking much better.

If you’re on the fence about whether or not to buy this, I urge you to do it!! Best stuff ever! Virtually no smell and it doesn’t make any noise when pressing the nozzle so it didn’t scare my cat! Perfect product!!

I purchased this bottle well over a year ago, and it has lasted us so long!! The smell is phenomenal, think like kind of baby powder ish but not too over powering. It makes our dog sooo soft and it actually really help with his flakiness. Our dog loves it as well. When we grab the bottle, he nibbles on the top because he wants us to spray him.It is also very nice to have as a refresher between baths. If he has been outside a bunch one day and he gets that distinct outside dog smell, we spray some of this on him and it freshens him right up!

I think that this would be so much better if the spray bottle would spry. the product is thick and it smells good. the sent isn't to over powering and it really helps to get the knots out while brushing.

I used this on my lab/hound mix because we ran out of her old product and I can't find it anymore. I was disappointed in how this dried out her skin and fur. We rinsed it all off but she still dried with almost crusty or bristly hair. Her coat was anything but soft. Her skin was extremely flaky. The old brand never caused those kind of problems. I would not buy this again and will be looking for something that works better. At least it didn't stink.

Not sure what sheerness or flavour has to do with a matting and detangle spray...but, for what I actually rate it on.I have a full coat, for just over a year old, Havanese. She plays & even sleeps HARD. She thinks she is an outdoor dog, loves long walks, plays with the 2 neighbor dogs, and will sit outside in the breeze in the wind for hours if we would let her. NOT coat friendly. Even going to the groomer she gets tangles sometimes. This stuff is a game changer. I was sceptical. I will be 100% honest. But I sprayed it in, mushed it in, took the wire comb and you could get twigs tangled into hair, or knots like it was nothing. And for Havanese hair to release easily, it's a small miracle. My gripe with the product is the sprayer. First, couldn't get the bloody thing to open because the sleeve unset in transit. I finally got it back in the way it was supposed to and then it wouldn't spray properly. It takes priming. And sometimes it's a weak stream. I know I'm knit picking, but seriously it's a great product, I need to find SOMETHING for improvement. I will continue to purchase, and expand to other products.

Love this stuff! I have a just one year old Cockapoo that is getting her adult coat and still has baby hair as well which resulted in mats galore. The old defanging spray was not working so I tried this after her bi monthly grooming which removed most of the mats. It works wonderfully. It keeps her hair silky and moisturized and so far mat free. It even undid the few mats she still had. I am a believer. She doesn’t run from me when I pick up the brush because she knows it isn’t going to have a painful experience. I do have to spray the brush, she doesn’t like anything sprayed on her. This is my second Cockapoo and I wish I had found it before.

I bought this because we have a long haired cat that had several matts. We wanted to avoid shaving them off if possible. Tried this product, worked it into the matts & tried to work through with a special de-matting tool on 2 ocassions. No luck. We ultimately just shaved off the matts. The product does smell nice and if you catch the matt early enough, it may work. But if you're past that point, I'd suggest watching some YouTube videos or speaking with your vet.Note: Never use scissors next to your cats skin. Their skin is very fragile and a cut can cause serious problems.
