Purchased it for my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab truck. It doesn't fit without trimming in a couple of places. So I didn't use it and was too late to return it.

This kit should include the retaining clips to attach it to the previous dash piece. I fitted it all and made sure everything would fit, painted black and than clear coated it. Looks and fits good

Overall, this kit performs.The quality of finish is not the same as the original dash panel and the visual appearance could be improved by a slightly textured outside surface. I felt nervous of the whole thing breaking under the rigours of installation, however it did not.I would be prepared to pay a bit more for a "quality" job.The panel is in, works and my new screen for the Doge Ram dash brings it all up to date.

I use this kit for the installation of my pioneer stereo that I bought off of Amazon. It was super easy to do the install with this. Instructions were absolutely crystal clear. Love it

Its not great, but not terrible either. No issues with wire harness or antenna extension. Dash kit, in my 2005 ram slt, i had to drill plastic to remove old dash unit, which was a single din. Mate up new dash kit to stock dash, and melt plastic to getnit to attach solid to the dash. Simply heated up flathead screwdriver and placed on each prong to melt and it was done in about 15 mins, no biggie. The opening for stereo doesnt allow the radio to fit inside the opening but rather behind it and face of stereo is pretty snug. Took a few tries to get mounting brackets attached to dash and stereo to make it fit correctly but overall worth 20bucks.

Love this radio with so many features! I can plug in my phone and get music from my playlist, the map is awesome, better than my wife’s 2019 vehicle. Fit perfectly l, easy install, just wish I had not waited so long to purchase.

Wasn’t ready to start hacking away on the new plastic cover to make the radio fit, just thought all double dins were alike and found out that they are not. So I read the instructions and they said that I need to buy their radios so it would fit their small hole and when I finally got my problem resolved then I found out that the radio doesn’t fit in the dashboard so I had to hack away on that part so I gotten that problem solved and then the brackets that came with the cover didn’t even come close fitting in the screw holes, “If you look at the pictures you’ll see that the holes were just a bit off.”. So what I done was took a long Decking Screw and drilled that thang into the dashboard causing the plastic bracket to bend to the sides to make it fit perfectly and let’s talk about the wire adapter, “No Instructions for that garbage!”. So Multi Meter came in handy and plus my skills were very handy in this situation, but at least the speaker wires were on target with the colors matching. It’s a work truck so the little ugliness isn’t all that bad but if I didn’t pointed out too y’all, y’all probably wouldn’t notice it. Would’ve given five stars for it, if it would’ve came with better details and better instructions along with better brackets for the radio and if they would’ve made the radio insert for all 2cm bigger radios and put a rubber boot for their small radios and I think everyone would’ve loved this product.Anyways that’s my two cents for the review.Thanks for reading my review.

Double din is 7" wide ans 4" tall.the hole is too small for it to fit even without a cage. Poorly crafted . Pay the money and stay away from this cheap garbage

It fits in opening but loose fit around radio and attaching to console was not easy but for price it worked
