You got to watch the sales video to figure out how to use this item. I thought you just pressed it down on a hard-boiled egg, but that is not how it works to make egg salad sandwiches. It dices eggs very well and you can't be afraid of getting your hands dirty cause you are going to press the egg through the wire mesh and twist the egg while doing so to get it dice into small pieces. I formerly cut my boiled eggs up with a knife and it was time consuming. Using this product is faster.

Does a good job cubing eggs for eggs salad or cubing avocado for a chunky guacamole. Many uses easy to use and clean.

I was looking for something to help finely chop hard boiled eggs. This does the trick and is easy to store without taking up too much room. That being said, I wish it was bit bigger as sometimes the eggs being smashed take up more room than this gadget has and it gets a bit messy. It would also be nice if there were more surface area for your fingers to push down on.
